Terms and Conditions SBOTOP Malaysia

Welcome to sbotop. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and sbotop ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the sbotop website, mobile app, and all services provided by our platform.

By registering an account, accessing the website, or using any SBOTOP service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the sbotop website, mobile app, and all digital services provided by us.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at sbotop.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a member to access sbotop's services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the amount of funds available in a member's account at any given time, excluding bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to any credit, free credit, cashback, or other incentive granted by sbotop to members in accordance with specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer process that requires members to submit valid identity documents.

References to gender include all genders. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings in this document are for reference purposes only and do not affect interpretation.

To register for and use sbotop's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at sbotop. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses without any compensation.

Sbotop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any individual's registration application without providing any reason. sbotop's decision in this regard is final and binding.

As an sbotop member, you are fully responsible for ensuring your account is used correctly, securely, and in accordance with these Terms. This responsibility includes:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential at all times.
• Not sharing your login details with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Notify the sbotop support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure that the personal information in your account remains accurate and up to date, especially your phone number and email address.
• Using the sbotop platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for commercial or business purposes.

Sbotop shall not be liable for any financial loss or damage arising from your negligence in maintaining account security. All activity occurring under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access through your negligence, shall be deemed your own actions.

Members agree not to use VPNs, proxies, or any location-masking technology to access SBOTOP from prohibited jurisdictions. SBOTOP reserves the right to investigate and take action against accounts showing signs of such misuse.

Sbotop supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for the Malaysia market, including FPX, direct bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set for each payment method.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 or according to the chosen payment method.
• Funds may only be deposited from an account or digital wallet registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and funds will be returned after deducting any applicable processing fees.
• Sbotop is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems or third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 or according to the chosen payment method.
• All withdrawals will be processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval, subject to completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your sbotop account.
• For first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding certain limits, additional document verification may be required.
• Sbotop reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending the completion of an investigation where there are signs of fraudulent activity.

Sbotop offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to members, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and special themed promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on their respective promotion pages, as well as the following general rules:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement of its own that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit. Each account, device, IP address, phone number, or payment method is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• In the event of a conflict between these general terms and specific promotional terms, the more specific promotional terms shall prevail.

Sbotop reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close the account of any member without prior notice if any of the following occurs:

• Violating any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Holding more than one active account on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Using unauthorised software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system.
• Systematically abusing bonuses or promotions.
• Acting in a threatening, abusive, or harassing manner toward SBOTOP staff or other members.

If your account is closed due to a breach, sbotop reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including deposits, wins, and bonuses. If closure occurs at your own request or for a neutral reason, the net balance (after deducting any unqualified bonuses) will be returned to you via the same payment method used for your deposit.

Under no circumstances shall SBOTOP's maximum liability for any claim exceed the total net deposits made by the member in the 30 days preceding the claim. SBOTOP makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform.

Sbotop takes our responsibility to protect your personal data seriously. The collection, processing, and storage of member personal data is carried out in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy and is subject to Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

• Your personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, and service improvement.
• Sbotop uses 256-bit SSL encryption technology to ensure that all data transmitted between your device and our servers is secure.
• Your data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.

• Material amendments will be communicated via email notice or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.
• Your continued use of the sbotop platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you do not agree with any amendments made, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the established rules.
